Protocol Description:

infiniFi is an on chain fractional reserve asset deployment system. Utilizing fractional reserve deployments, infiniFi can provide users with increased liquid or illiquid yields based on their duration preferences. For users that wish to hold a liquid yield bearing token, they are provided with iUSD which is a deposit receipt token that is backed by the liquid and illiquid assets that infiniFi is deployed into.

Motivation:

infiniFi is seeking to build its liquidity on Curve to allow iUSD holders a path for exiting their positions in the event that direct redemption through infiniFi is temporarily illiquid. Curve has proven itself as one of the top stableswap AMMs in the space, and infiniFi seeks to align itself with the Curve ecosystem and house it’s liquidity therein.

We seek to allow the iUSD/USDC pool to be added to veCRV gauge so that veCRV holders can be incentivized to vote rewards to the pool should they find it valuable to do so.

Specifications:

  1. Governance: iUSD is immutable and is not subject to governance.
  2. Oracles: iUSD is a standard ERC20 soft pegged USDC.

  4. Centralization vectors: iUSD is backed by investments into protocols like Morpho, Aave, Euler, Fluid, Spectra, Pendle, and Ethena. No funds are held in the custody of the team, everything is held non custodial on chain and can be verified similarly.
  5. Market History: iUSD was launched in June of 2025 and has a TVL of ~19 million at the time of writing.
