Kill USDM Pool Gauges: Part 2

Summary:

Kill CRV gauge emissions to all USDM pools with active gauges, including:

Abstract:

This vote will halt CRV gauge emissions to all markets containing Mountain USDM.

Motivation:

This vote is part 2 of a 3 part Pegkeeper offboarding process, following an announcement by Mountain that USDM will be gracefully deprecated.

  • Part 1: Set PegKeeper debt ceiling to 0 and remove USDM from crvUSD price aggregator
  • Part 2: Kill USDM pool gauges
  • Part 3: Remove USDM PK from PK regulator and crvUSD monetary policies.

Part 1 is near ready for execution. Part 2 will be put to onchain vote after giving some advance notice to give enough time to remove gauge weighting- currently the USD3/USDM gauge has some weighting.
