A little bit more context on the path to upgrade TBTC V2.
TBTC V1 can be upgraded 1:1 to TBTC V2 with a supply peg contract. So it is available now.
Once the V2 Bridge is up and running, new supply of TBTC V2 will be added at scale (minted directly from BTC).
